Chris Blanchard

Chris is a seasoned architectural technologist with over two decades of experience in design, detailing, and construction coordination. A graduate of the Architectural Technology program at Algonquin College, Chris began his career in Ontario’s commercial glazing industry before transitioning to residential architecture and custom home design.

He spent over 15 years in British Columbia, where he earned the designation of Architectural Technologist through the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC). His strengths lie in working drawings, building envelope design, and technical precision  — ensuring every project is executed with clarity and care.

Chris brings a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to every phase of the design process.
